This E-450 Motor coach was special ordered in October of 2020 and finally arrived mid summer of 2021.  During that time, the original owner experienced health issues and the coach was never used….not even once.    The miles are 1,300 which were all transporting it to Colorado from the factory.    The bed has never been slept in, potty never used and water never in the tanks besides to test the systems.   This is basically a brand-new unit.   One of the things that makes this coach unique is that it’s under 30’ long and features a king bed.  Very few smaller coaches have a large enough bedroom to accommodate a king mattress.   It was ordered with nearly every option available including ; generator, solar charging, power awning, leather theater seats, three flat screen TV’s, outdoor entertainment, hydraulic auto leveling, residential refrigerator, washer/dryer, Monte Carlo full body paint and Fords new 7.3L V-8 engine.   This coach is absolutely perfect and ready for pleasure.
